Feel empowered to take on perimenopause; a one month class.

 

If you’re a woman in your late 30’s through 50’s going through some confusing hormone shifts, this one’s for you.

 

Are you finding you’re more sensitive to certain food, alcohol, and stressors, than you were in the past? Maybe you’re dealing with foggy thinking, anxiety and mood swings. Disrupted sleep. Perhaps for the first time you’re experiencing achiness in your body and joints, bad headaches that last a long time, weight gain in the belly, irregular periods. Are you less resilient than before? Less confident? Struggling with focus, motivation, and will power? What worked in the past is no longer working?

 

I hear you- and you’re not crazy- these are symptoms related to perimenopause, menopause, and fluctuating hormones. And they make it harder to function, to handle all the responsibilities in your life, and to achieve all those big aspirations you have. You might even feel like you don’t have the time and energy to research a solution. And let's face it- it's emotionally tough to watch your body change, whether it’s weight gain, or changes with hair and skin. You might not feel like yourself anymore.

 

Last summer I got certified in hormone health through my nutrition school (IIN), and was blown away by what I learned. I've been working with women to balance their hormones ever since, and can't wait to share all the golden nuggets with you.

 

The good news is, there is so much we can do to naturally reduce perimenopause symptoms, help you look and feel great, and get your energy, focus and especially your confidence back!

 

Look, perimenopause can be overwhelming and confusing, This course will help you navigate the physical, mental and emotional effects of peri and menopause, and give you the knowledge you need to feel empowered.

 

We’ll address symptoms head on so you don't have to suffer and struggle through this, especially not alone, because you’ll be in a community of like-minded women going through it too (which- bonus- will boost oxytocin and reduce cortisol: two things that are very helpful in perimenopause)!

*PLEASE NOTE: As a health coach, I will not be advocating for or against hormone therapy. That is a discussion for you and your doctor. However, we’ll be covering this informationally so you can feel informed and EMPOWERED if and when you want to have that discussion with your doctor. What we WILL focus on in the course is diet, lifestyle and natural ways to support your hormones and reduce symptoms.
