					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for this article — I’ve shared it —I know so many women especially who are really triggered right now and thank you for addressing this moment in time. I have noticed that since I’ve been working with you that I have most of these things included into my life- Journaling, alone time meditation spa and cooking, Etc.. although some of them still big gaping holes like “nature. But I’m doing that this week with a friend in Oregon. But I would like to say to people is that this is something that takes repetition and time and a little bit of discomfort in the beginning! At least for me, I was so used to taking care of Others and not myself that it felt very unfamiliar. But now I am happy to say I am on the right track ... thank you <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/1f64f.png" alt="🙏" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Jaime]]></description>
